Payment Policy
This Service operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription begins immediately upon subscribing for a fee of $39.99. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew every 30 days, and you authorize a recurring charge of $39.99 to your credit card each month.
The applicable fees for the monthly subscription are clearly stated in your member area and included in your welcome email.
In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Ritno Inc reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued access to the Service. If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, an administrative fee of up to $3.00 may be applied to maintain your subscription until the full or discounted subscription fee is successfully processed.
Ritno Inc, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for any inconveniences or damages resulting from the use of a specific Payment Method, including delays or an inability to process payments. In such cases, you should direct your complaints to the payment service provider in accordance with their terms and conditions. If a payment failure occurs due to reasons attributable to Ritno Inc, please contact us via email at support@fitkitchen.club.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you confirm that all payments will be made using funds from a legitimate source.
You are also responsible for any costs associated with accessing the internet.
Refund Policy
Any refund due to you (less any applicable fees) will be processed no later than the earliest of 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel. We will process your refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless another method has been agreed. You have up to 30 days from the date of sign-up to request a refund. These cancellation rights do not affect your statutory legal rights.
Once the refund has been processed, it will take 3-5 business days to reach your card.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America. Any legal action regarding these Terms must be filed in a United States court.
Consumers remain entitled to the protections provided by mandatory local laws, and nothing in these Terms diminishes your rights under applicable consumer laws.
Cancellation
You can cancel the subscription anytime from when the registration was made. If the user chooses to cancel the subscription after the regular billing have started, the subscription will be cancelled immediately, and the account will run until the end of the period that have been paid for.

Termination of Service
Except as outlined below, you agree that Ritno Inc may modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Service or this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time, temporarily or permanently, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you. For example, Ritno Inc may terminate or suspend your access to the Service due to lack of use, failure to pay account fees within the designated period, registering or using multiple free accounts, maintenance of the Site, performance of Support Services, failure to comply with rules on the Site or in these Terms, actions outside these Terms, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Ritno Inc.
If you are a Paid User and have not violated these Terms, any material modification that negatively impacts the Service, or a suspension, discontinuance, or termination of the Service or Agreement, will take effect at the end of the current term of the Service. However, Ritno Inc reserves the right to make such modifications or suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Service or Agreement at any time by refunding the prorated portion of the fees you paid for the remaining term.
By continuing to use the Service after any material modification or suspension, you agree to waive any claim for a refund of fees.
Consequences of Termination
Upon the expiration, termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Site and/or Service, your right to access and use the Site and/or Service will end as specified above. You will no longer have access to your account or any files or content stored within it, though residual copies may remain within Ritno Inc's systems. Ritno Inc reserves the right to retain such files or content at its sole discretion.
Consequences of Breach
In addition to termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Site and/or the Service, Ritno Inc may take whatever action it deems necessary or convenient, in its sole discretion, in the event of your breach of Agreement. Such actions may include, without limitation, suspending your access to the Site and/or the Service, blocking your IP address, or any other technical or legal means at Ritno Inc disposal.
Service
The Website and the Service, including all features, functionalities, instant streaming, user interfaces, and all associated content and software (collectively referred to as the "Service"), are provided subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document, known as the Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms, along with any other agreements or documents referenced herein and any future amendments to them, collectively constitute the "Agreement."
By using the Site and/or the Service, either as a Member User, a recipient of an e-mail from a registered user, or the user of ("you" or "your"), you agree to the Agreement. You agree the Agreement is a binding contract between you and Ritno Inc with its registered office in 627 SW Jeanne St, Port St Lucie, FL, 34953-6306 US (Ritno Inc, "we"), the company that owns and operates the website (the "Site"). If you do not wish to be bound to these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Site and the Service.
Agreement of Terms
No contract or agreement is established, and you have no rights to the Service unless and until Ritno Inc agrees to provide it to you. Ritno Inc reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Site or upon notification by Ritno Inc.
By continuing to use the Site or Service after such amendments or modifications are posted or communicated, you agree to accept the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended or modified terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and Service. Ritno Inc also retains the right to reject any application to use the Services for any reason.
License & Content
Ritno Inc grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use to access and view content available through the platform, subject to these Terms. This license is restricted and does not grant any ownership rights.
The Content available through Ritno Inc is provided solely for individual, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Any attempts to bypass or interfere with copyright notices, trademarks, or digital protection mechanisms, including but not limited to geographic filters, are strictly prohibited.
You are not permitted to download, copy, modify, distribute, perform, broadcast, or display the Content unless prior written consent has been provided by Ritno Inc. Embedding the Content into other platforms or creating linked access points is similarly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
Furthermore, creating derivative works based on the Content, such as mash-ups or other adaptations, is strictly forbidden unless written permission is granted. These restrictions encompass all forms of Content, including text, graphics, audio, and video, regardless of whether the resulting materials are offered commercially or distributed free of cost.
Geographic Availability
The availability of Content may change periodically and vary by country. The quality of content display can differ between devices and may be influenced by various factors, including your location, internet bandwidth, and connection speed. Ritno Inc does not make any representations or warranties regarding the quality of your viewing experience.
You may only watch the Content instantly through the Service in geographic locations where Ritno Inc offers the Service and has licensed the specific movie or TV show. The Content available for viewing will vary depending on your location. Ritno Inc will use technologies to verify your geographic location.
Support service
To access the Services, your device must meet the platform's minimum requirements, which include internet access and compatible software. Ritno Inc offers assistance to Member Users, including troubleshooting and periodic updates, during support hours: daily from Daily 8:00am to 8:00pm, EST US Eastern Time.
Additional equipment or services may be necessary to use the Services, and Ritno Inc is not obligated to provide support beyond what is specified in these Terms.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You will not:
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Use unauthorized methods to access, distribute, or interfere with the Content or Services.
- Employ automated tools, such as bots or scripts, to access or manipulate the Services.
- Introduce harmful software, disrupt functionality, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Remove or alter any advertising or security features associated with the Services.
- Collect personal data in breach of Ritno Inc's Privacy Policy.
- Promote or encourage illegal or harmful activities.

Suspension/Discontinuation
Ritno Inc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all Services, including Content or supported devices, at any time, whether temporarily or permanently, and without prior notice. You agree that Ritno Inc will not be liable for any consequences or impacts this may have on your use of the Services.
Ritno Inc may, at its discretion, offer compensation such as credits or refunds; however, this will not apply if the suspension, or discontinuation results from your violation of these Terms.
Copyright and Trademarks
All Content is owned by Ritno Inc, its affiliates, and/or third-party licensors, unless otherwise specified. You may not use these materials except as expressly permitted under these Terms or other applicable terms provided to you, and only with Ritno Inc's prior written content.
You acknowledge that certain Content provided to you belongs to third-party licensors, and these licensors have the right to enforce the relevant provisions of these Terms directly against you, in addition to any other rights or remedies they may have.
The Ritno Inc logo and all other product or service marks are trademarks of Ritno Inc. Any other trademarks, logos, images, product names, or company names displayed on the Website or any Device are the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you any license or rights to use, modify, or remove such materials.
No Warranties Provided
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site and/or Service is entirely at your own risk. Ritno Inc and its suppliers provide the Service on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title, and non-infringement.
Ritno Inc does not guarantee that the Site or Service will meet your requirements or expectations, operate without interruption, be timely, accurate, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Additionally, Ritno Inc does not warrant that any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained through the Service will meet your expectations. Any material you access, transmit, or obtain through the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.
Force Majeure
Ritno Inc will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, denial-of-service attacks, strikes, riots, natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, governmental actions, labor disruptions, internet outages, or other extraordinary events (each referred to as a "Force Majeure Event").
During a Force Majeure Event, Ritno Inc is relieved of its obligations for the duration of the event and any additional time reasonably needed to recover from its effects.
